ONSTAGE & GO LIVE - Live Auditions

Our congratulations go out to Katey Morley the winner of
the Onstage Toronto Auditions performance spot on the
2010 RRWMF stage!

Katey will be accompanied by Lani Billard on
percussion. Her forthcoming album "Heart Full of
Thumbs" is co-produced by Duncan Coutts, of Our Lady
Peace, and Scott Curry (Emily Haines), and it features
some of Toronto's amazing guest musicians: Jeremy
Taggart (OLP), Maury Lefoy (Jann Arden/Ron
Sexsmith), Dafydd Hughes (Feist/EATT), Jody Brumell
(Zepplinesque) to name but a few. A special guest
appearance by Garth Hudson of The Band is the cherry
on top of a musically delicious debut solo effort.

Thanks to all who contributed and supported the RRWMF/Onstage Live Audition Series at
Slack's in Toronto and the RRWMF/ Go Live Series at The Lookout Bar in Ottawa. We had
a great array of amazing talent to select from and we're sure you can imagine how tough it
was to choose only one out of the 6 finalists.

The Ottawa finale will take place at The Lookout Bar on June 16 and the winner of the
Ottawa auditions will be announced shortly thereafter.
